Check-in & wristbands
Team check-in opens the evening before at the Norman Fieldhouse main entrance, or from 6:30 AM on the first morning. The head coach checks in the whole team at once — every player and bench staff member gets a wristband to wear all weekend.
Parking & spectators
Spectator entry is free. Parking is charged at the venue and is first-come — arrive early on the first morning, when every team arrives at once.

Refunds & weather
Full refund up to 21 days out. Inside 21 days your entry converts to a credit toward any NXTPRO Hoops event this season. Play continues in poor weather; if a whole event is called off, entries are credited to the next stop.

When are rosters due? ▾
Rosters lock the Wednesday before the event at 9 PM. You can register now with just a team name and edit your roster any time before then.
What is the refund policy? ▾
