Registering a team is an agreement to the event's published rules, refund policy and deadlines. Those are listed on each event page and may differ by event.

Entry is confirmed when the organizer approves the registration. Rosters lock at the time published for that event.

Hotel rooms booked through this site are held at a contracted event rate until the event's booking cutoff. Room charges are settled with the hotel.
